Anemone Fields
"Anemeone Fields" showcases a group of small False Plum sea anemones against orange coraline growth, sponges and a bright blue water column. Its an early morning shot aimed at increasing the filtering of sunlight (the "komorebi" of leaking light) by the kelp canopy. A couple of sea bream dart between the kelp stipes.
To me the image is made by the almost mauve tips of the anemone tentacles and the balance or oranges between the anemone bodies and the coralline algae.
Images are available as digital Tiff files at various resolutions that can be multiple self-printed at A0, A1, A3 or A5 sizes.
