The Intertidal

It shows a fascinating behaviour of Cape Peninsula baboon troops, where they may be found foraging in the diverse kelp forest rockpools of False Bay for mussels and other accessable invertebrates highlighting the ecological significance of False Bay’s coastal environment and its ongoing conservation importance.

The foreground of the "under and over" split image comprises numerous colourful sea anemones characteristcally found in the False Bay rock pools.
