False Plum sea anemones and Parechinus urchins on a sunlit kelp forest reef wall in False Bay, Cape Town. Its the lighting of these systems that often amaze me as shafts of sunlight penetrate through blue ocean and the kelp forest canopy to reef walls of reds, oranges and yellows. Some days, in terms of ocean colour, False Bay's three dimensional kelp jungle reef walls are a truly magical place to dive.
