The Gap
"The Gap" is a favourite freedive haunt of mine where two immense granite boulders have become overgrown with all forms of ocean invertebrate - anemones, urchins, featherstars, squits, sponges and brittlestars. Its a locality where many of my kelp jungle pics are taken, being shallow enough for really great light penetration and lying in the sheltered lee of a larger reef system. Surprisingly it seems to be relatively unknown, hidden under a massive kelp forest canopy with recreational scuba divers often passing nearby. All in all, its a gorgeous wall.
Images are available as digital Tiff files at various resolutions that can be multiple self-printed at A0, A1, A3 or A5 sizes.
